The time has come for me to get serious about packing my belongings and heading up to the Midwest to start this chapter of my life. It's a bitter-sweet move. Texas will always be
HOME and the relationships I've invested in over the past eight years (in Dallas) and the decades with friends from
EPCBC will be missed. I will miss everyone dearly. Deep down inside, I truly do not want to move, but I feel that there are so many opportunities that await me once the transition is complete.
Working as a
physician assistant in
cardiac electrophysiology has opened so many doors of opportunity. The desire to learn cardiology has renewed my interest in specialty medicine and education in general. I am now in a position in my career where I can "call the shots" and it feels great. Finally, there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. All this is His doing and I praise God for teaching and guiding me throughout the years. I truly would not be where I am today without Him.
